Four times a founding hire across eight years in startups. Most recently I led three engineers and a designer to build an AI tutor from scratch, wrote 28% of the code and took it to 2nd place nationally in the UK government's AI Tutoring Tools Pioneers Programme.

I am drawn to dauntingly large missions: make death less bureaucratic for families, feed NHS staff through a pandemic, give a student the tutor their family cannot buy. I find the practical problem inside that scale, then turn it into something a team can ship.
Career
Zero Gravity
Led product for four years across partner-funded learning pathways, the platform's first end-to-end AI Career Co-pilot and the AI STEM tutor. Oversaw a ~120,000-account legacy migration and mentoring-platform refactors ahead of agentic tooling. Three engineers, a designer and I shipped the tutor from first commit to the App Store in 45 days. I wrote 28% of its merged code, and our internal evals moved marking accuracy from ~67% to over 99%.
Farewill
Led product and operations for Farewill's probate service, working between customers, legal specialists and the case team. Shipped workflow automation, case tracking and integrations with HMCTS, HMRC and banking that cut agent errors 69% and case handling from two weeks to four days, plus a vulnerable-user framework adopted company-wide.
MealsForTheNHS
Built a four-sided marketplace in 10 days across 146 hospitals and 223 restaurants — day 1 was a WhatsApp group, day 10 was production. £1.8m raised, 303,000 meals delivered in 100 days.
